Refunds, Returns, and Order Cancellation Policy – US Packaging Boxes

At US Packaging Boxes, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you might have to send items back or cancel an order. Here are the rules regarding getting your money back, returning things, and canceling your order, so everything’s clear and you feel joyful in the end. You must contact us at data@uspackagingboxes.com within 3 days if what you received isn’t correct or has an issue.

Refunds & Returns

If items are taken or not what you asked for, we will make the whole order again for you. But if you need to send it back, you need to ship it back to us within 7 working days and you have to pay for the shipping cost. Also, if you’re claiming there’s a problem, we need pics to show what’s happening.

If the mistake was on your end, you can still get your money back minus what we spent on shipping, setting up your order, printing it, and any bills we had to cover.

Order Cancellation

If you must cancel? Cool–but do it within 4 hours after you’ve played the proof. Just letting you know, we’ll have to take a 5% cut for the hassle. Stuck in a tough spot and need some time? We’ve got space and can keep your order for a bit, hold it in our warehouse, and send it when you’re ready. Remember, the entire thing – refunds, sending items back, pulling the plug on an order – it’s straight with the important laws that look out for shoppers.
